My family founded and has operated El Proyecto Alimento de San Pedro Claver (PASPEC) in 2005 in act of thanksgiving to God for helping my great-aunt beat a rare and difficult to treat lung cancer.

Inspired by the words of the Lord Jesus in Matthew 25:35 ′”I was hungry and you fed me,” they started off distributing food among some families in need within the Rio Verde-Cutupu area. Today, more than 100 elderly adults and vulnerable families are being treated with a plate of food at their doorstep 365 days a year.

As the idea of helping others is a value that I was raised with, I established Goodness of Your Heart to raise awareness of the plight of the most disadvantaged in the Rio Verde-Cutupu area and to promote funds in order to give them the staples they need.
